I am a native Texan, recently settled in the suburbs of East Dallas after nearly a decade in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Higher Education, and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.. I began my career in higher education as a Resident Director. In addition to managing residence halls and educating students, I developed a keen interest in training design and facilitation, supervision, and staff on-boarding. I have created training programs, academic courses, workshops, and individualized lessons for a variety of topics and job skills.
Currently I serve as a Human Capital Senior Consultant, supporting state, local, and higher education clients. My projects include human-centered change management, project management, leadership development, and evidence-based selection and hiring methods.
In my spare time, I love to complete home improvement projects; cook and bake traditional Southern recipes; play with my rescue lab mixes, Harriet and Teddy; and listen to as many podcasts as possible.
